Homewood, one of Lake Tahoe’s historic West Shore neighborhoods was first subdivided in 1889. Some of its historic landmarks like Chambers Landing Bar and Grill and Obexer’s Marina are still in business today. Located along Tahoe’s West Shore, Homewood is just five miles south of Tahoe City and twelve miles north of iconic Emerald Bay.
