Tahoe Vista and Agate Bay Condominiums

The Franciscan lakefront condos (some are lakeside, others across North Lake Blvd) offer studios, 1BR, and 2BR. Amenities include shared pier, buoys, sandy beach access and summer  swimming pool. 2019 sales ranged from $125,000 to $145,000. All sales were across the street from Lake Tahoe. HOA restricts vacation usage only. No full time residents. Length of stay is restricted to two weeks at a time.

Tonopalo lakefront luxury condos (3BR and 4BR) are available to purchase shared ownership only. 2003 construction makes this the most modern condo complex in the area. Amenities include use of kayaks and paddleboards, summer pool, spa, workout facility, fire pit, BBQ, and owner clubhouse. 

Tahoya Shores lakefront condos offer pool, spa, pier and buoys. One sale last year was a studio for $260,000.

Tahoe Sands Resort is a lakefront complex offering studios, 1BR and 2BR cabins for public rentals and time share exchange program members only. 

Heratage Cove lakefront condos offer pier and buoys. There were no sales in 2019. The last sale was a 3BR/2BA for $725,000 in 10/2018.

Chateau Chamonix lakefront condos offer 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR condos. The complex has a pool, pier and buoys. There were four sales in 2019 ranging from $375,000 for a 1BR/1BA, peak lakeview to $488,000 for a 2BR/2.5BA with an expansive lakeview.
